Terms of Service

Welcome to the Victory Coaching App, the official coaching and wellness platform of Victory Health & Wellness (VHW). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Victory Coaching App, which is powered by Trainerize, a third-party fitness technology provider.

By accessing or using the Victory Coaching App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional guidelines, policies, or future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Through the Victory Coaching App, you receive:

• App-guided fitness and wellness programs
• 1:1 personal training and coaching (in-person or virtual)
• Nutrition guidance and meal planning
• Habit tracking and behavior coaching
• Monthly assessments
• Video check-ins and ongoing communication
• Optional service bundles
• Integration with wearable devices and tracking apps (where supported)
  

You must be at least 18 years old or have the express consent of a parent or guardian to use this app. You represent that the information provided during registration is accurate and will be kept up to date.

Your subscription to the Victory Coaching App may include:

• Monthly recurring payments for coaching services
• Add-ons such as assessments, supplement bundles, or in-person sessions

All payments are processed securely via Trainerize Pay or authorized third-party gateways. By subscribing to a recurring plan, you agree that your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods or missed sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the Victory Coaching App. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Missed appointments or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.

By using the Victory Coaching App, you acknowledge:

• You are participating voluntarily and understand that fitness and wellness programs carry inherent risks.
• You are responsible for consulting with your physician before beginning any program, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are on medication.
• The Victory Coaching App does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical advice.
  

All materials, workouts, coaching plans, and nutritional resources provided through the app are the property of Victory Health & Wellness and may not be shared, duplicated, or redistributed without permission.

As a user of the Victory Coaching App, you agree to:

• Respect the privacy and dignity of all users and coaches
• Avoid sharing offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content
• Refrain from unauthorized use of the platform for commercial gain or solicitation

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of access.

Victory Health & Wellness follows all applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal information. Data shared through Trainerize is subject to Trainerize's Privacy Policy. By using our app, you also agree to Trainerize’s Terms and Policies.

Victory Health & Wellness may modify or discontinue services offered through the app at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion. Updates will be posted in the app and/or sent via email.
